My Relationship Shadow Transformation
For years, I lived at full speed. I traveled globally, sometimes up to 300 days a year. My life was driven by business, growth, and performance.
But in love, I struggled. After difficult relationships and 8 years single — too busy for love, yet longing for it — I kept attracting the same patterns: emotionally unavailable men, intensity without depth, leadership without polarity.
I realized I had to transform my relationship shadow.
Through structured Buddhist-based shadow integration, I worked on unconscious patterns, emotional alignment, and feminine–masculine dynamics.
