Bulletproof Mind - Team Reset Retreat
2 days - CEO and Team Reset
$11500.00
You are in a small team.
You all have
Deadlines.
Expectations.
Criticism.
Too many tasks at the same time.
Sometimes it can feel as if bullets are coming at you from every direction.
As leaders we often carry pressure silently.
Last week my partner and I spent four days near Málaga at the Buddhist center Karma Guen, deepening our meditation practice.
Meditation retreats are like a laboratory for the mind.
You begin to observe how thoughts work.
How emotions arise.
How quickly the ego wants to be right.
And of course — it happened to us too.
At one moment we were both convinced:
“I am right.”
Anger appeared.
Pride appeared.
The situation escalated briefly.
But instead of reacting automatically, we paused.
We observed the thoughts.
We stepped back from the emotion.
And we chose something different:
Listening.
Understanding.
Compassion.
Something interesting happened.
Instead of damaging the relationship, the conflict deepened the connection.
The same dynamic exists in leadership and business.
Every day leaders face situations where emotions arise:
• pressure
• disagreement
• ego
• fear of losing control
The question is not whether emotions appear.
The real question is:
Who is in control — you or your mind?
My meditation teacher once told me something I never forgot:
"It is easier to become a billionaire than to fully master the mind."
There is a reason why companies like Google, BMW, BASF or Aetna train their leaders in mindfulness.
Leaders who understand their minds:
• make better decisions
• react less impulsively
• build stronger relationships
• perform better under pressure
Mind training is not about spirituality.
It is mental performance training for leaders.
